We all know that real estate investing is hot. How hot is it? Well Gary Keller, co-founder of world-renowed Keller-William real estate, thinks it’s so hot that he has written a book called ” The Millionaire Real Estate Investor”. In addition to the book he also has a web site that is full of very useful information and resources.

Though I have not yet read “The Millionaire Real Estate Investor” here is what one reader wrote:

In addition to the book Gary Keller and his group have a web site www.millionairesystems.com that is used to promote his books. Gary also promotes ” The Millionaire Real Estate Agent” on his site. I will cover The Millionaire Real Estate Agent in a later post.

The site is well designed and easy to navigate. There are two areas of the web site that I find to be the most useful for real estate investors.. The first area is the free downloadsarea. Here you will find 7 downloadable Excel worksheets to help you in your real estate investing.

The section area and probably the most useful is the Millionaire Mondays section. In this section you will find two very important pieces of information.

The Real Estate Investor Teleclass is at 2PM Central. Visit the site for the number to call.

The second is the downloadable audio files of the TeleClasses. If you go to the site they always have the most recent TeleClass available for free. You can purchase archived TeleClasses for $2.99, per class.

I think if you are a serious real estate investor and are dedicated to learning the ways of the millionaire mind then you will find Gary Keller ” Millionaire Sytems” a very useful and valuable resource.
