The program I have set up is easy in that I only have to set it up once. As long as I don't have to do anything else $10-15 is OK. It pays for hosting. I think you just have to look at the effort versus the return. It took me 20 minutes to set it up. I really won't have to touch it anymore, all I have to so let readers know it exists.
