I believe real estate investing is one of the best ways to achieve financial freedom and become a millionaire. If done properly you can gain significant wealth quicker than most other ways. I don’t profess to be an expert on all aspects of real estate as there is quite a lot to learn. There are also many different ways to invest in real estate. This site focues on flipping ugly houses. Steve Cook teaches quite a bit.

I recommend the no hype site called http://www.dealmakerscafe.com because he tells it like it is. He even goes against the GRQ gurus. You should add it to you list.
